Cancellation Policy To cancel a reservation, a 14 day notice is required. The notice must be at least 14 days prior to the start date of the reservation. If the notice is given, all payments made will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. If the notice is less than 14 days, any payments made will not be refunded. Rental Information and Regulations CHECK-IN – 4 pm (June – August) or 2 pm (September – May). We do not offer early check-ins during the summer season. Please come to the office located under Cabin 1. For an easy check-in, a drop box located by the office entrance. Please provide your driver’s license and credit card number on the invoice and sign. CHECK-OUT – 10am (June – August) or 2 pm (September – May). We do not offer late check-outsduring the summer season. There will be a $25 fee charged for any departures after the posted checkout time. CANCELLATIONS – No refunds for late arrivals and early departures. CAPACITY OF ACCOMMODATIONS – Your cabin rate is based on a maximum number of guests. There is an overcapacity fee of $10 per person per night should you have additional guests stay. Campers and tents are not allowed on the properties. NO house parties. NO fireworks on the premises. NO parking of ATVS, bikes or kayaks on the yard area. NO-SMOKING IN THE CABINS – All cabins are designated as non-smoking. This includes medical marijuana. There will be a $50 charge if the cabin has the smell of smoke at the time of check-out. PARKING - Each cabin has designated parking and a maximum number of spots. The parking is for LINENS – Cabins are equipped with pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads, blankets, sheets and towels. If the linens are found to be damaged or missing you will be charged the replacement cost. HOUSEKEEPING – Cabins will be cleaned after guest check-outs. Each cabin is equipped with vacuum and broom. Cleaning supplies are not provided. Guests are asked to strip the linens from the beds used, start the dishwasher (Cabins 1, 8 & 10) and remove trash. The dumpster is located in main parking lot. There will be a $25 charge for excessive cleaning. PAPER PRODUCTS – We stock each cabin with kitchen and bathroom trash bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs (Cabins 1, 8 & 10), shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, coffee and coffee filters. There are enough products for a weekend stay. No additional products will be provided. FURNISHINGS – DO NOT rearrange furniture or remove any items that are interior décor. All patio furniture stays on deck. WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTIONS – Please note that this service is provided as no-charge amenity. In Cabin 10, there will be an additional charge, for streaming of video devices and using additional data at a rate of $10 per gigabyte. REPAIRS – We cannot guarantee air conditioning, appliances or hot tub motor (Cabin 1). There are NO REFUNDS should they fail. We strive to keep them in good working condition and will do everything possible to repair any malfunction within a reasonable time frame. LOST & FOUND – Clear Lake Resort is not responsible for items left behind. Any items that are requiring shipping are the expense of the owner. PET POLICY – Charge of $10/per pet, per night. All pets must be leashed and all droppings need to be cleaned up.
