Weekend/Daily Reservation Policy: No Security Deposit Required – Add additional 16% to rental rate for total cost, (10% administration fee, 6% sales tax). - 50% payment required at time of booking. $50.00 cancellation fee, 14-day Cancellation Policy. Personal checks and credit cards accepted. Weekend rates apply to holidays and two night stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. Well behaved pets are welcome (excluding Cabins 8, 12A & 12B), for an additional $20.00 per night, per pet. Balance for all rentals must be paid 48 hours prior to arrival. Lessee must be at least 21, have a drivers license/major credit card. Additional charges may include fees for excessive cleaning, damaged or missing items. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No smoking inside any cabin. Groups renting two or more cabins are welcome during our off season. 14 Day Cancellation Policy
This policy is for any reservation made with Clear Lake Resort directly. If you booked through a different party (Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO, Airbnb, Glamping Hub, Trip Advisor), you must contact them to cancel. The cancellation fees and time periods are different for each.
To cancel a reservation, 14 days’ notice is required. The notice must be at least 14 days prior to the start date of the reservation. If the notice is given, all payments made will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. If the notice is less than 14 days, any payments made will not be refunded.
Rental Information and Regulations
CHECK-IN – 4 pm. Please complete check in online by clicking the link on your confirmation letter.
CHECK-OUT – 10am - We do offer a late checkout until 4 pm. You will be charged an additional rate of $25.00. We do not offer late check-outs during the summer season, (May 1st to Labor Day). A 24-hour advance notice is required. There will be a $25 fee charged for any departures after the posted check-out time if prior arrangements are not made.
CANCELLATIONS – No refunds for late arrivals and early departures.
CAPACITY OF ACCOMMODATIONS – Your cabin rate is based on a maximum number of guests. Campers and tents are not allowed on the resort property.
NO house parties. NO fireworks on the premises. NO parking of ATVS, bikes or snowmobiles on the grass of the resort common yard area.
NO-SMOKING IN THE CABINS – All cabins are designated as non-smoking. This includes marijuana. There will be a $50 charge if the cabin has the smell of smoke at the time of check-out.
PARKING - Each cabin has designated parking and a limited number of spots. Parking is for motor vehicles only. Please use the south guest area of the resort parking lot for trailers.
LINENS – Cabins are equipped with pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads, blankets, sheets, and towels. If the linens are found to be damaged or missing you will be charged the replacement cost. Contact the office is towels are need to clean boats or ATV’s
HOUSEKEEPING – Cabins will be cleaned after guest check-outs. Each cabin is equipped with vacuum and broom. Cleaning supplies are not provided. Please refer to the Cabin Guide or Welcome Book for Departure Instructions. There will be a $50 charge/hour for excessive cleaning.
PAPER PRODUCTS – We stock each cabin with kitchen and bathroom trash bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs (Cabins 1, 8, 10), shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, coffee, and coffee filters. There are enough products for a two-night stay. No additional products will be provided.
FURNISHINGS – DO NOT rearrange furniture or remove any items that are interior décor. All patio furniture and chimeneas stay on the deck.
WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTIONS – This service is provided as no-charge amenity. All cabins have login information the fridge and in the welcome book.
REPAIRS – We cannot guarantee air conditioning, appliances, or hot tub motor (Cabin 1). There are NO REFUNDS should they fail. We strive to keep them in good working condition and will do everything possible to repair any malfunction within a reasonable time frame.
CAMPERS & TENTS – Campers and tents are allowed at cabin 7, 8 & 9 only, no exceptions. There is a $25.00 per night charge and prior arrangements must be made prior to checking in. Certain restrictions apply.
LOST & FOUND – Clear Lake Resort is not responsible for items left behind. Any items that are requiring shipping are the expense of the owner.
PET POLICY – Charge of $20/per pet, per night. 50 LB max and no aggressive breads All pets must be leashed, and all droppings need to be cleaned up. No pets in Cabins 8, 11, 12A, & 12B and 14
