Check-In – 4PM Check-Out – 10AM
2 Night Minimum on Weekends
3 Night Minimum - June 23 rd to End of Labor Day.
3, 5 & 7 Night - Turnover Days, any day except Saturday
Lessee – Must be at least 21 with a driver’s license/major credit card

Large Group Rentals
- No Large Groups (3 Cabins or less OR 15 people or less) - June 15th to September 2nd.
Pets
$20 per night/per pet (2 Dog max.)
Pets Welcome – Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 15
No Pets – Cabins 7, 8, 12A, 12B, & 14
Capacity of Accommodations – Rate is based on maximum number of guests. Add $20.00 per night per person over cabin capacity

Campers & Tents
Campers and tents are not allowed on resort property. Allowed at 7, 8 9 14 & 15 only. There is $25 per night. Arrangements must be made prior to arrival.
Parking
Each cabin has designated parking and a limited number of spots.
NO Smoking in the Cabins – This includes marijuana. There is an additional charge for smell of smoke at check out.
WIFI- Service provided in all cabins. Login information posted in each cabin.
Linens – All cabins have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, and towels. Additional linens available upon request.
Supplies – Each cabin is stocked with enough to get you started. Trash bags, paper towels, hand/dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, coffee, and coffee filters.
Housekeeping – Cabins are cleaned after each guest check-out. Each cabin is equipped with a vacuum and broom. Cleaning supplies are not provided.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, it must be in writing. There is a $50 fee for 4 nights or less OR $100 fee for 5 nights or more. We require 14 days’ notice. All payments made will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. If the notice is less than 14 days, any payments made will not be refunded.
This policy is for any reservation made with Clear Lake Resort directly. For reservations booked through a different party (Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO, Airbnb, Glamping Hub, and Trip Advisor), must contact them to cancel.
No refunds for late arrivals and early departures.
